This place offers clean, luxurious accommodation with a fantastic location on Lord Street, really polite staff, amazing and outstanding meals, early check-in.

We had a great stay in a charming double room that felt modern and newly renovated.

Loved the double room we had with good bathroom.

This place is top-notch, well-kept, and the staff is super helpful. the location is bang in the middle of everything, making it super convenient. And let me tell you, the double room with a fantastic bathroom is the cherry on top! 

Booked a double room with a comfy bed. The staff was very amiable.Provided an early check-in and a late check-out.The location was exceptionally nice, down to the promenade.

Excellent service provided, great double room with a separate bedroom, convenient location for exploring nearby cafés and pubs.

Comforts of double room with air con were fabulous. The breakfast was sensational with toast, perfect to start our day.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unwelcoming.

Had essentials needed in the deluxe king room, including coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator. The staff was active and best, outstanding services. The location was incredible, quite close to Southport Marina.  

We had the double room which was reasonably large and newly remodelled with great bed.

The double room is functional and the bed is comfortable, plus the service is excellent.

The location of this place was great, as it was close to bars, cafes, shops, bars.

The hotel is simply stunning. the location is gorgeous. - the rooms are contemporary and spotless, complete with a huge TV, coffee facilities, and an extra-large bed. - Great service. - They serve a variety of meals, and the food I tried was good. 

The food is fab.
